Internship, Station for Practical Work
Introduction:
Internship not only the part of Academic Education but also it is the opportunity to be skilled & experienced from the learning position. For that reason students want to admit in the University, which University provided internship opportunity for students.
What is Internship?
Students obtain theoretical knowledge on a subject by studying in neither class nor house. When students learned realistic knowledge by practice on a specific subject after the theory based education then it is called internship.
That means, internship is not the isolated part of the Academic Education. Where students able to gain experience by working with realistic concept. University sent their students in varies institutes for a single period of time of Academic Education. Students worked this for a certain period of time & after intern he submits a report to the University regarding job details. Varies University called internship with varies names like internship, attached period, learning period, project etc. But main concept of internship is same in all institutions.
Place to be skilled & experienced:
It is a place to obtain experience about practical work.
There is an example,
From childhood age Aryan’s hobby was to doing job in the multinational Company. For that reason he studied by taken commerce in the Secondary & Higher Secondary stage. Aryan’s result was the like to feel jealousy. Then he admits in the Dhaka University for higher education & his subject is marketing. Generally, after the completion of semester, University sent him in a mobile service holder multinational company to complete internship. Owing to brilliancy, work ability, honesty, responsibility & other curriculum attributes he got the job in this company after completion the internship. Now he is working this company with goodwill. He is earning handsome salary per month.
Why need Internship?
There are two side of Academic Education. One is the theory based & another one is the practical work based education. University teaches us that are fully theoretical. Students are getting the opportunity to learn practically by internship, which is he learn theoretical from University. As a result they can take some experience about job sector in the period of education life. Internship is the credit in maximum University. After completion the internship students get the number from the related department of the University according to the report. This number adds with the main transcript. Which University students are obeyed for internship, if students does not complete the internship they will not get the graduation certificate. Internship are obedient in the many Universities like Dhaka University, North South University, Asian University of Bangladesh, East West University, Daffodil University.
